Our policy is as follows, please read carefully:

By placing a reservation with Silver Star Limousine LLC, you agree to the following policies, terms and conditions.

Billing:

Trips are billed to the customer's credit card or corporate charge account on the day of reservation or 24hrs before. all bookings are confirmed by an email.

We do accept Master Card , Visa, Discover, Amex.

Extra stop: There is a charge of $ 19.00 for an extra stop for SEDANS, $29.00 for SUV's,$39.00 for Strech limousines and VANS.

Early/Late Pick up : Service between the hours of 11:30 PM and 6:30 AM are subject to a charge of $19.00.

Changes: All changes must be received by phone. The changes can not be made with our drivers.

No show policy: Cancellation on location No show are subject to be charged at full price. to avoid these charges please contact our office at 203-275-8800 / 203220-2372 OR 1-866-635-8873 if you do not see your driver.

Cancellation policy:

Sedans/SUVs:

Reservation may be cancelled 24 hours (3 hours for corporate accounts) before the pick up time to avoid to be charged.

Stretch limos, Stretch SUVs, Hummers:

Reservation must be cancelled 10 days before the pick up time to avoid to be charged, however the deposit paid at the time of the reservation is not Refundable.

Waiting Time Policy: Non Airports

Waiting time for Airports:

Domestic / International Flights for sedans: there is no extra charge for the first 45 MINUTES after the flight lands,when the 45 MINUTES has elapsed there will be an extra charge of $15 minutes for each additional 15 MINUTES.

Domestic / International Flights for SUVs: there is no extra charge for the first 45 MINUTES after the flight lands,when the 45 MINUTES has elapsed there will be an extra charge of $25 minutes for each additional 15 minutes.

Silver Star Limo always strives to arrive at all pick up locations in advance of the time agreed.there may from time to time occasionally prevent us from meeting these aims such as inclement weather,road traffic accident,road resurfacing and such events outside our control.

Reasonably, therefore we have 30 minutes grace in any event a grace period is invoked in whole or in part. the time of adjusted lines will be made up during or after the period of hire schedules permitting.

Cancellation by us:

We reserve the right to cancel the limo hire contract if the client doesn't accept our terms and conditions, or refuse to make a payment.

If we cancel your limo hire contract we will notify you by phone or email. These terms applies either a contract was made in writing or verbally.

We will try our hardest to ensure your booking and your experience with Silver star limo is an enjoyable one.
